Any reason to avoid these? The meat is lean, and then it's just vegetables....somehow I can't convince myself that there is any fast food that's healthy....

I really like their 12" Roast Chicken Sub with double meat. It's not too bad nutrient-wise, either--something like 900 cals, ~60-70 g protein

Main reason to avoid in my mind is just the cost.

im w/ pretty much everyone here the only drawback i can think of is price. Chow down

Subway is the healthiest fast food place to eat. All those veggies in the salad do you a lot of good. The only drawback may be a high amount of sodium in the meat, but that shouldnt be too bad. Just be carefull what type and how much dressing you put on that salad as dressing can be high in fat.

subway is great, just very costly, im a fan of the roast chicken fillet footlong on wheat bread with a few vegi's in the mix.

I'm a big fan of subway, I get the 3 12inches for 12$ and thats my meals for the next day.

BEWARE THE MEATBALL SUB at Subway. it has 1000+ cals
