if I jog at a steady pace for around 3 minutes or so, then do a frenzy of non-stop 50 jumping jacks. That is one set, and 5 sets take around 20 minutes. Is that good cardio? my pulse was high at all times.

hmmm i guess its somewhat like HIIT?....u should try some real HIIT (High intensity interval training) where u do a warm up of your choice...(make sure u are loose) and then do sprinting/jogging intervals....go 20 secs. full speed then jog for a min....and repeat...and repeat etc.....prob the best fat burning and muscle maintaining cardio you can do....

I like jogging for 5 min then doing as many somersaults as I can in 5 min on gravel.
or cartwheels.
Or I just act like I am having a seizure for 5 minutes...really gets the blood pumpin'.
:p

Looks okay to me. Whatever you enjoy. Generally you should keep your cardio sessions to at least 20 minutes.
