Here is some background about me....im a freshmen at my current University (but 21, wasted 2 years at another school). I am taking automotive management and hoping to work in the corporate sector of the auto industry. My goals are to be like a mens health cover model (big, cut and just dead sexy :-)). This is to track my progress until the summer, when I am hoping to have put on a decent amount of muscle and cut down in time for shirt removal season.

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 179 lbs
Max Bench: ?
Max Squat: ?
Max Dead: ?


Goals:
To gain a lot of muscle and get cut after that. Final Goals are to look like a mens health cover model.....ripped

Currnt Program:
Bulking on WBB1 with 3 Sets instead of 2, Eating about 2800-3000 cal/day

Well I'm not that experienced either... I'm doing WBB1 as well at the moment.
All I can say is, EAT. That's what's worked for me so far. And then eat some more. And try to sleep as much as possible :)
And have you checked ExRx to make sure you're doing everything with proper form? That always helps too.

That is a great site w/ better animations IMO than exrx and it has tons of exercises
