Feb 7th cardio comes. Ill be having 2500-2600cals a day and around 220-250g of protein per day. Will be running 4 times a week 30min each time. I have til may to get a 6pack, so i have some time. Does this sound like an Ideal plan to get there in that amount of time? Or should I up my cals a bit. Im looking for gradular fat loss prob 1/2-1" a month, But it is a MUST to keep getting stronger and bigger. I also have a month supply of Atlarges Nutrition Fat burning pills so Ill be taking that the entire month of feb. Id really hate to do this and loose power, or not have anything happen at all.
