Just for fun, some pics I took yesterday.
There have been some changes since I switched sides, there are some muscles that became weaker than they were before. Side/rear delts seem to have shrunk a little, just like chest/quads & bi's. Hams grew like weed, became way better than they were before and same story for my traps/calves. I must say that my chest has always been my weakest point, so some pointers are more than welcome :D
As soon as I hit the 1100 total I will be focussing on bodybuilding again for some time, but for now I only wanna lift big weights.
