Hey, im about 130 lbs, 5' 11' and on this bulk i can easily get 230-250 grams protein, but after reading these threads, should i cut back....?.....on a cut or a bulk is this too much for me...? I know im gonna get the "it depends on how i feel, my gains..ect... but i just want an opinion. As far as gains, well i'm at a calorie surplus, so of course im gaining, and im definitly stronger, just want a general opinion.

Maybe a little, but if its not effecting you negatively (stomach problems) I would say that you are fine

as long as you are gaining both strength and weight and no stomach probs...your fine...
