2 Bonless Skinless CHicken Breats - cooked with chili pepper
1 Tall Glass of OJ
This is like 500 Cal's

haha nice man...but 500 cals for one meal isn't really anything...u should double that meal and that would be a MEAL....or just double the amount of chicken...

2 whole chicken breasts is a lot. I am guessing 500.
Salad is around 400 and change + the breats and + 100 or so for the breasts. Maybe 600+

ya i would guess closer to 600+ depending on what kind of dressing u used...u might wanna throw in some complex carbs of some sort then u'd be set...

did u calculate in the macro's of the dressing into that 500-600 cals?
