Im cutting at the moment but trying to take in lots of protien.. I started drinking 4litre's of calcium plus milk a day.. each ltr contains 310cal.. 58g protien.. 30grams of carb ... 4grams of fat... so all up it's about 1240cals.. i loose weight at 3000cal.. so milk is ok in that amount?

as long as it fits into your diet, than yes
