I don't get sick often but many people at work have gotten ill and so have I.

Since then I've had almost no appetite but I'm forcing water down like crazy. I'm way too tired to lift but how can I get myself to eat! :cry:

Blend everything up into liquid meals, and think of all the size you'll be losing if you don't eat...that should be enough to let you down something.

I found that the fastest and best way to get better was to eat alot of little feedings(10-12 a day)
You won't want to, but you need the cals to do there repairing.

He needs a lot more calories than that, ESPECIALLY when sick.

i feel for u AB...just last week i had strep throat...so i was running a 102 fever for about 3 days...and i couldn't even swallow my own saliva without being in extreme pain..so obviously i had no appetite...but u just need to force feed yourself...cuz u need those cals to keep yourself going....

In the past when I had a fever it gave me good results. Not joking either.
I make sure when I'm sick to eat /drink a ton of protein. That way the fever sort of acts like super ephedrine. The fat melts off me.
Fevers in general suck though.
