What to do when desperate...
when you are stuck working and there is no food around exept vending machines. What do you eat when desperate???

Which junk food is the best choice under these circumstances or does it really matter as long as you are regular most of the time???

Thanks, Rob.

PS: I own three companies and sometimes situations arise out of my control and regular planning , which leaves me in this predicament!

Always carry some protein bars with you. Car, breifcase, cargo pants etc.
But as long as your good most of the time, don't worry about it.

It doesn't really matter; you don't even have to eat anything. Having food with you at all times like Adam suggested is always smart, but it's not like if you don't eat for a few hours you're going to shrivel up and die.

You won't die if you don't eat for a few hours but you never want to risk breaking down aminos for energy. Pack a meal or two with snacks. Don't be ashamed to walk around with a cooler :)

i would go with a pay day or a peanut bar. they're so good and the only junk food i can think of that gives you protein.

I agree with the protein bars. I also tend to carry a cup of almonds in a ziploc in my pocket.

i know its a little pre-schoolish, but take a lunchbox with you in your backpack/bag, pack your lunch and an extra sandwich or 2, or whatever you want as a snack when your feeling hungry.

I walk around witha 2 liter thermos of water and a book bag filled with my food for the day, wouldnt have it any other way...

Tuna! They have those vacuum sealed packets now that don't required a can opener..

I also keep a tub of protien powder in my car for emergencies.
