I need to up my protein and decrease my carbohydrates...can anyone give me some ideas? Maybe increase fiber as well.
meal 1 -
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
8 oz. milk
100g broccoli
1/4 cup mixed peppers
1 slice cheese
42g pro/16g fat/20g carb
meal 2 -
1 can albacore tuna
1 tbsp light mayo
2 slices low-carb bread or sweet potato (alternative??)
2g fish oil
100g lettuce
41.5g pro/12.5g fat/28g carb
meal 3 -
3 slices turkey/ham
3 oz. mussels
100g lettuce
2g fish oil
36g pro/7.5g fat/9g carb
meal 4 -
150g chicken breast
100-200g lettuce
100g green beans
2 tbsp fat free ranch
2g fish oil
1 tsp olive oil
35g pro/8g fat/19g carb
Want to decrease carbs in either meal 1 or 2.
