I don't want to get huge, all I want to do is get cut up for the summer. I am 6'5" 220 lbs. I have several friends on the gear that have been for many years. I have 10 mL sust 250 right now and all I want to know is if its ok to start taking it right now if i am not in tip-top shape? Many of my friends have said it is ok and it will make me shred some bf into ripped muscle. They have put me on diet plans and workout plans.

to be honest i think the diet and workput plans are more important for you in gaining muscle and losing fat.
How long have you been training for?
How old are you?
what is your body fat%
220lbs at 6'5" tall doesn't sound big or overly muscular to me-
I kinda get the impression your looking for a quick fix solution without doing any research into what your after.
JUmping into a sustanon cycle right now may be the worse thing you could do.
If you give us some more information the nice guys on the board may help you out a little.

I am 23 years old. I have been in shape my whole life. I played college ball, etc... I have never been huge into lifting. Like I said, I've had several friends who have did the same thing I plan on doing. I never plan on taking roids again in my life. I just want to get cut up. I plan on continuing to workout hard and do cardio until I am old and grey. All I want to know is if its ok to take it in a light dosage, 250 mg per week, just to help me turn a little excess fat into cut up muscle. And I have been researching about this stuff for probably 3 months....I read about it on the internet everyday almost.

Also, fat doesnt turn into muscle, especially cut up muscle, lol. If your only willing to do 250mg a week, I say just drop the idea and focus on diet. Which is what you need to do anyway. There's lots of good info on dieting in the diet section.

Dude. 250mg a week will be just enough to shut down your natural test production and have the same amount in your system.
GO eat something stringbean.


Getting "cut up"" is ONLY achieved by adding muscle. Then Dieting bodyfat off while hanging on to as much muscle as possible.

For future reference, Summer bodies are forged in the wintertime.

So it goes from not being in tip-top shape to having been in shape your whole life? Whats the truth?

Sounds like you don't know anything about weight lifting and a lot of guys think that steroids are experience in a bottle. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If you've been in shape your whole life you should know how to take fat off naturally. A dose of testosterone barely above natural levels isn't going to do any more for you than a serious workout regimen and a good diet.
