Ya you are fine. Its alright to have a cheat day once in a while. I think you will find a good population of the board ate a large amount of junk.

of course we did. i personally ate a full bag of chips, 3 full meals, enough ice cream to satisfy a small country, and then some. but hey, it was a cheat day, who cares

yeah im gonna im sticking to this damn 2500 calorie diet to bulk...dude i was gonna do that today but when i seen them cake and cookies i just had to grub

Were you expecting to gain 10 pounds of fat in one day or something? I'm guessing you didn't eat like that all day either, so can even lower itfrom one day to a couple hours.

Just reason it out, one day will not kill you. You need to look at the bigger picture. It's like thinking you'll pack on lots of muscle in one day of eating and lifting. That's just not how it works...it is cumulative.

Wow. I was actually pretty good in comparison to some. I had half a pepperoni pizza, a bag of swedish fish, 2 beers, bowl of fruit, bowl of strawberries, a bunch of walnuts, 3 yogurts, 2 bowls of cereal, powerbar, juice, raspberry newtons, cottage cheese, and half a gallon of milk.

Not too bad except for the swedish fish and the beer, really.

1 pinos canadian bacon pizza. bout 3/4 bag of chips, plus a whole lotta salsa con queso and guac. brownies.. etc.. then i came home and had dinner.

But I never eat like that (well, beer and peanuts...).

hmm at 121 and on a bulk why r u even counting cals?...im at 216-218 and on a bulk and i don't really even count cals....u should be eating a lot more than 2500 cals...

10 WINGS, 1/2 large pep. pizza, 9 beers and an endless supply of chips. I earved it though I havnt had a cheat meal in 2 weeks. But i do think i put my cutting schedule back at least a week.

Breakfast: Not too bad (was at friend's house whole day) ate homemade has browns + 6 strips of bacon. 2 cans pop
Lucnh(still there)
15 fruit rollups (goodlord)
4-5 more pops
3 heaping plates of greenbeans with bacon, mac + cheese, pot roast ahhhhh....

Dinner: 2 michelina microwaveable things
more pop

ugh crap, exept for some lunch, crap everywhere. But hey, superbowl sunday is my worst diet day of teh year, so **** it. :)
