View Full Version : Sugar vs. Other sugars

I was at the grocery the other day and something caught my attention. =No sugar Ice cream= It shows that it only had like 5-6g carbs per serving. BUT it also had "Other sugars" and "Sugar alcohols" on it that totalled about 15g. So are these considered carbs also?

There was just a thread about sugar alcohol. I think it was the protien bars thread
