Been hitting the gym off and on for a lot years. Some times on majority off Everytime I get really into I experience a setback of some sort
This time I really feel like the best investment I can make is one in myself.
So Im going to chronicle my journey one step at a time
With you bro's I know I will be able to see my abs and cut up


37 years old
Stats 6foot6
weight 255
Bench 285
Squat 315
Deadlift 225
eating 1.7 grams protein per pound
6 meals
cardio two times a week (would do more but i hate it)
routine
Day 1 legs
Day 2 chest
Day 3 off
Day 4 back
Day 5 shoulders tris/ bi

1.7grams of protein per day must be a typo....musbe be 1.7 x body weight?
