My current routine-
Monday-Bench_175 6 reps,180 5reps_185 3 reps MAX:210, Incline Bench,DB press...Shrugs...pushdowns,skullcrushers...Barbell curls...
Tuesday-Repeat monday
Wendsday-Legs and stomach
Thurs-Repeat monday
Fri-Repeat Monday
Saterday-legs and stomach
