look good, although your left arm looks considerably smaller than your right arm. But that probably has to do with the angle of the photo.

looking good..it is a bit hard to give you an accurate critique because you are almost fully clothed..but from what I can see...great vasularity and thickness

Thanks for the comments everyone, i've noticed an increase in thickness lately too so i'm glad people have commented on it!! my left arm looks alot smaller but i assure you the measurements are almost (!!!) identical...my arms are much bigger from the side, as oppose to straight on, if you get me?lol.

Guido - I'm working on it,lol
Gabrielle - my first time at being called vascular...let alone "great vasularity"!

Thanks!!!

can anyone point out weaknesses for me to work on?

It's hard to tell if there are any weaknesses with that picture, you could possibly add some forearm work if you don't currently do any. Otherwise you're looking great.

Cheers chase, only started incorporating forearm work into my workouts about 6weeks ago now...with minimal results but hey what can you do. i think genetically i was made to forever have lagging forearms. who am i to complain, makes my upper arms look bigger, haha. will keep at it tho

lookin great bro. whats your stats if you dont mind me asking?

SirTest2004

i'm 15stone 6lbs, 6'2'', arms are 17 1/2inches....that's about all i've measured resently...sorry! I dont like to take too many measurements, and i hardly EVER weigh myself now because i become obsessed and if i don't make any gains i get stressed. Typically i measure my results in the way i look now, if i look bigger, or leaner, then i'm happy.haha

my genetics seem to favour arm, shoulder and back development in terms of growth...my strongest bodypart in terms of lifts is probably chest or back!thanks alot for the comments everyone, we all know that the best motivation is good comments from fellow lifters
