I'm going grocery shopping tonight, any ideas for high protein foods? Also, is there any shakes out there that are good for you? I don't want protein shakes that you buy in a specialty store, just general ones in the grocery store. Any help here will be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Just have a bigass t-bone and a glass of milk!
my favourite post-workout meal is usually a huge fresh warm chicken caesar salad with about 3 poached eggs on top & a glass of milk with strawberry whey protein mixed in...

Diet section, no?
The list above is good. There are a couple threads like this in the diet section already as well. Maybe even an article or two.

Get the whites that have no additives. Some brands, like egg beaters, add sugar to them if i remember correctly. I get the kind called "all whites".
I have a related question:
If I were to crack open my own eggs and store the whites in the fridge, how long could I keep them for? Would it last just as long if I left a few yolks in?
I know that I'd eat eggs a lot more often if I could just pour out what I wanted.
Thanks.

about your shopping, there is a sticky in diet and nutrition called what a bodybuilder eats. read it and choose things from it to use for your shopping list
