That I am really going to back down off my weights. I now am doing light weights at high reps..IMO I am gettin to buff. I need to loose more body fat. I will post a picture of my calf... I am starting to feel like Chyna...I bet I have bigger calfs than some of the guys on here:( Ahhh well I need to find my balance!

Keep doing your cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and you'll do just fine.

I have to agree there-- fat doesn't burn off that easily unless you're doing something extraordinary.

That doesn't mean it wasn't any fat, I'm sure there was-- but it wasn't *all* fat.

yeah..technically, you're body can't lose more then 1% i think of it's bodyfat in a week. so everything else is water and muscle and organ tissue.
eitehr way..14 lbs in 2.5 weeks sounds like beginner losses...not the after you've been doign this for awhile..did you change your diet or something so that you stopped holding water?

and dl, man...something cardio in the morning on an empty stomach makes me miss gooface. perhaps the mullet did choke him off.

I havnt changed anything. I went to vegas for a week ate what I wanted, gained 2 pounds. Came home jumped back into my diet. I was on a platuea for a while and last time I was on one thats the same thing that happened. I went to NYC and came home and 30lbs flew off. So I think its happening again...sorta how my body works. I am eating enough, actually more than I should probably. I havn't even been working out every day. I noticed the difference as far as the 14lbs by far. Whatever it is I am not overly doing it , taking pills or anything like that. I honestly don't know or can say what I lost..whether it wad fat, or whatever. But my belly has gotten smaller along with other parts so obviously something is leaving...

14lbs in 2,5 weeks.. It's a lot of weight lost in a such a small period.
Anyway,if you believe that you've hit a plateau,take guggulsterones and you'll start loosing weight again.

agreed with yates. well either way, congrats i guess. careful how quickly you lose weight though, because a, you may lose muscle which you don't want to do, and b there's the whole baggy skin issue.....
