and I have seen 'wbb1' and 'calorie count'. Could anyone give me a link or explain how to count calories, or what wbb1 is? Please help me, I'm quite the newbie and I love the site already. Oh, and I've searched some of the forums, but I don't have to much time tonight, and I'd like to jump on it tommorrow after school.

Count calories by adding up whats on the nutrition labels.

WBB1 is a workout designed by a WBBF member. This is a very effective workout that is great for beginners

for foods without nutrition labels there are many sites u can go to get the cal breakdown of them...
