This morning I just cracked em open, dumped em into a bowl, put a piece of cheese in and mixed it up with a fork. Then I cooked it. What's better to do? Just eat the white and not the yolk? Please help

Thanks for your time

Steve

Just eat it; Unless cholesterol and health are a concern; why throw away most half the protein/cals your paying for.

I like to add the cheese cubed, not sure if you are doing it like that. I find it i use shredded, it will just disperse and add little flavour. But with chunks, it will form little melted cheese pockets, so when you eat it you really taste it.

Lol, or maybe everyone always did this before, and I'm the only dumbass who had to "discover" this. :D

Eggs are great sources of high quality protein. Sure eating whites will be healthier and lower in cals, but if your're bulking the extra cals are to you're advantage. If you 're cuting egg whites may be better. Totally depends on your goals.

I'm not a huge guy, and right now I'm fat and need to lose my spare tire. I typically take 5 egg whites, and only 1 yolk, scrambled. Occasionally I add cheese, or some Morningstar Breakfast Crumbles...a non-meat sausage product, not because i'm vegetarian, just because its low fat, has protien, and its convenient since it's already cooked and just needs to be heated.

I hard-boil 18 or more at once, and eat 6-9 whites in a meal (cutting). Sometimes I make omelettes with 5-6 whites+1 whole egg, but usually only when bulking. Besides, I spare my co-workers when I don't eat egg yolks, as I get nasty sulphur gas from egg yolks.

I can't eat egg yolks, the taste makes me sick
actually before I decided upon bulking, never ate eggs at all
so it kind of sucks that I'm on a bulking routine but I try to eat everything possible :)

oh, hardboiled = easy to make, easy to eat

Whole eggs, scrambled. If you're restricting calories, whites-only, scrambled.

Hardboiled or as an omelette with pepper :)

hardboiled rocks cause you can easily eat 3 eggs on the go in about 2 minutes, any meal with that many calories that can be eaten in 6 bites is fine by me.

I normally take in a dozen eggs every morning. I have 9 egg whites, and 3 whole eggs.

Either scrambled or fried.

Wow, roughly how many calories do you get from that?

in a pan, not too cooked with some pepper.. I eat 10 eggs most days so I buy the ones that are in cartons and have had 80% of the cholesterol removed.. so it's the equivalent of eating 2 eggs from a cholesterol standpoint. I try not to cook the eggs too much, I find it's easier to eat this way.
when bulking, I eat the precooked oats with the flavors.. sure it's less nutritious... but it tastes better so I'm able to eat more of it.. sometimes I cook 3 packets of oatmeals with milk then add the cooked eggs to it... mix it all up good.. doesn't look good.. but it tastes good and I find that easier than eating both seperatelly.. make a good high protein breakfast.. specially with a huge glass of milk.

Not very many, egg whites are almost calorie-free...well not really, but they're EXTREMELY low-cal. 9 whites + 3 whole is in the neighbourhood of 390 calories.

Dietary cholesterol has little effect on your body's cholesterol.
