alright heres a little update....im at 206 started at 194. test e+ deca. im bigger but im not satasfied, just looks like alot of water, no definition or anything. and ive got moonface pretty bad, and im breaking out and my nipps are gettin big. how do i go about gaining weight w/o the damn water?

You can take an anti-e like nolva ED at a small dose 5-10mg, or arimidex at .25mg ED. You're going to lose definition like that whenever you bulk up so quickly. Hopefully you have nolva already.
Oh yea, if you have nolva I would start taking it at around 20mg a day until your nipples are back to normal.

well i have arimidex but no nolva. im just kind of dissapointed in myself, i just dont look that much bigger but i weigh so much more. i know that im not eating enough protein and i think this is where my problem lies. besides shakes and tuna what else is high in protein and low in fat? actually let me search and ill post something

Preferably reptiles and primates.
Chicken Brest has 27 grams of protein and only three grams of fat for 3oz. If you can beat that go for it.
Jesus Christ, I can't believe someone is shooting themselves up with a synthetic compound in order to gain muscle, and they ask this question:
besides shakes and tuna what else is high in protein and low in fat?
