I just tried a meal, basically made from stuff I had lying around the house since it's almost the end of the week and we're running out of groceries. This meal was awesome!!!! It was canned tuna with fat-free sour cream/relish/jalapeno peppers (just mix to your taste, I like mine hot) and I took that and combined it with brown rice. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!!! I was just looking for something filling to throw in and came across the brown rice. Mmmmmm, I've found a new meal. Anyone else out there that knew this before???
Also, anyone eat STAGG chili? How is it as far as what we look for in foods to keep us going in the direction we want to go?
