hey are frozen meals good such as lean crusine or weight watchers or healthy choice,once a day atleast ,its hard to prepare meals on the go.........some of the meals have like

4gram fat,20protein,23carbs

add a protein shake and its perfect for dieting?

Boston Market frozen meals are pretty healthy as well and taste A LOT better than some of the other stuff. A little on the expensive side but at least you are getting good quality chicken, turkey, or beef!

the only problem with those kind of meals is the high sodium content

I'm also guessing that they'll prolly contains sh!t loads of additives and preservatives to make them keep for longer.

Chig's right.
They contain additives,preservatives and (usually) a ton of sodium as HotShot said.
You still can find some healthy meals.
When I was in Egland,I could find some frozen meals(@ Tesco) that were very healthy,had lots of protein and a small amount of sodium as well.

Not to mention, that they are so processed that the quality of nutrition (LOL) would be next to nil. They're basically just a belly-filler.
