This is my first time posting pics. At the moment i'm 5'7" and 152 *sigh*
I've been training for three years and doing things right for about one.

Looking pretty solid mate. You have a low BF and some noticeable mass up top and on the legs. It looks like a "post-cut" pic to me. What kind of bulking/cutting did you go through to get to this point? What are your current plans?

i think you look great, i'm 5'7 as well, probably about 140 give or take. I'd love to look like you within a year or two.

damn u are shredded. The chest/shoulders/arms look great. You could use some help on the legs/back, but they will come along. Great job.

I'm still trying to figure out how to spread my lats... probably can't due to lack of lats haha.
Looking awesome all around. If anything I would say your traps are a weakness compared to your chest and delts.

lol. I have worked out my upper body since i was 13, i am now 20. It was only 2 and a half years ago that i decided to work on my legs so now my bench is about 40% more then my squat lol. My legs are catching up though, in size that is. I played soccer almost every day so i thought there was no real need to do weight training on my legs, turns out i was wrong.

Yea i agree with BCC. Traps need to come out more. Your triceps as well seem to be a bit lacking (not that they're small, but speaking in relative terms with the rest of your body.)
Your pecs are looking great! well defined along with the size.

Lookin very good all around bro, I guess traps may need to come up a bit. But everything is proportional. Keep up the progress, you really have a lot of potential.
