Wassup people. I'm 6'3 about 165-170lbs, I'm trying to gain weight. I'm trying to reach about 185-plus. I'm about to start lifting with a friend of mines, the only problem is....I'm not really sure of what are the proper foods to eat that'll help gain weight.
I was hoping to come here and get a listing of what all you guys eat and use that to be able to make a list of my own. It's to a point now where I don't care if it's almost the same foods everyday, that's how badly I want to gain weight.
