Hey all. I need some help from some f the experienced diet gurus here.

I have been cutting for what seems like ever and am getting ready to switch to maintainance for a short period of time

I dont know how to set this up as i have been dieting for so long.

I want to set something up with 1-1.5 grams protein /lbm, 100-150 carbs and the rest fats. I am diabetic also so that plays into what i can eat.

Galileo has helped me set something up before but that was for cutting.

Help me out please

why not eat what you eat now, just a little more of it?

Exactly, just up your intake/portion sizes, probably mostly in complex carbs (cutting diets tend to favor protein calories, so those can probably stay the same)
