Hey all, this is my first post on the forums, though I used to check in from time to time. I'm 17 and work out regularly, currently focusing on putting on mass.

I need your help as I'm researching on optimal weight-training diets and nutrition for my food/nutrition class, and am looking for several credible sources which would help me out. I was told that I can't use information by a 'nutritionist' and should instead look for articles and information written by 'registered dietitians'. If any of you have any good sources of information and think the authors are credible, please let me know! (I know this site has some good articles, but they are by personal weight trainers, so I'll have to find out if I can use them as sources of info).

Thanks in advance

There are plenty of articles from John Berardi, Lyle McDonald, etc...look them up. They are on this site, sucka.

Thanks a lot, I didn't bother doing in depth search through the site, but you're right some of those authors are well credited.
