Hi guys.
I am a steroid newbie, i did extensive reading etc on uses, cycles and side effects then started my first cycle about 3 weeks ago. Ive been taking 15mg Dianabol per day (1 x 5mg tab at regular intervals throughout the day). Gain has been significant already which im pleased about. I have anti-e's to hand but so far its not been a problem.
Initially i was going to do a 6 week oral only cycle as I had read that steroid newbies would probably get significant gain from just this and wouldnt benefit from injecting, but since have been advised that adding an injectable Test would be a more effective cycle and the D-Bol would be a good kick-start as the injectable would take a while to kick-in. So i decided to add Test Enanthate to the cycle, (which i was due to do tomorrow) continuing the D-Bol until week 6 then continuing on Enanthate until week 9 or 10, then a 3 week Clomid cycle.
Anyway, the last couple of days i have been getting an aching pain in my chest which im worried is a side effect of the steroid use. The pain seems to be situated about mid chest, around the position of the heart i guess, perhaps a little higher. Its not a lot and does not get any worse when straining etc, just an annoying little ache. Im pretty sure its not a strain or a pull. The first day i took a pain killer which took the pain away but it comes back after the pain killer wears off and is still with me today. It is not getting any worse and does not do so throughout the day.
I had quick browse around the site but could'nt find anything on here which seemed similar. Could this be a side effect of the Dianabol, as every info i have read on it does not mention about chest pains. Im reluctant to begin Test Enanthate due to this.
Any ideas guys?
Cheers.

Never heard of that before... wait a week and if it's still there, you might want to go see a doctor.

That sucks bro, it's your heart for sure. I've heard of a few people dieing from that. LOL. Chest pains can be from any number of different things, I wouldnt stress it to much, but I have no clue. Looks like you jumped into this way too early.

How has your lifting changed? Have you shot up in poundages? Does it hurt more when you press hard on the area?
It doesn't sound like it's related to the dbol directly; it's not a side I've heard of, but it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

saw this on Ironcalves and had to post it - it is a great little read;
There was a thread posted about Dbol only cycles. I've seen many of these threads come and go, so I'm gonna just break it down for those who don't know.
Do you want to know why Dbol only cycles are so popular? It's a dealers dream come true.
When you think about what Dbol does and how it works, it begins to make sense in a business aspect.
You have a product that regardless of what you do, produces results....you don't even have to work out and can eat as much junk as you want and you'll STILL see the scale go up. Your muscles will bloat, your clothes will begin to get tight and you'll be come noticeably stronger within days. It's common for guys to shoot up 15-20lbs in 4-6 weeks on Dbol. Think of the ego trip....
But, as soon as you come off, say goodbye to all that water you were carrying. It comes off twice as fast as it goes on.
So you have a product that:
1) Is expensive per capita (with a possibility of a high profit for the dealer)
2) Produces results regardless of what you do
3) Works quick
4) Is oral (no needles to inject)
5) Has no real "keep gains" offshooting in a mental turmoil once you come off
6) Will undoubtly have repeat buyers
You appeal to a whole new market as a dealer in a local gym to punk kids who just want to get "huge". So when I read guys posting up about "DBOL ONLY CYCLES", you've most likely gotten the idea from a "guy in the gym who said he can get it for you".
Womp womp, you're being suckered. It's a business, in the end, no one cares who big YOU get as long as their getting richer. Sorry to break it to you.

Although this is true, I still am trying to make the connection between this and diagnosing his chest pains.....

I'm not a doctor I only play one on TV. He should see a real doc.
There's hundreds of posts like his on many other boards and there doctor visits came up with gas or cramps. But he should still see a doc.....
Ze0de read the sticky top of this forum trust me you'll be happy with that as a first cycle...........

high blood pressure?
or more likely, poor form on benchpress (slamming the weight in to rib cage & bouncing!)
or gas
or growth pains, from chest cavity expending due to increase cardiovascular activity from zero to intense working out.
just my total guesses

Hey thanks guys, been away fora few days. I decided to carry on with my cycle, I started the Test Enanthate as planned. The pain i was experiencing was practically gone the day after my post! Typical! The following day it was no more!
As for my technique, theres no problem there. The gym (where I also work at weekends) is owned by an Ex Mr UK competitor, (In his younger years!). He knows his stuff when it comes to lifting etc, hes taught me all my training techniques. He knows ive started taking steroids. He was Ripped! Says he never did but knew people that did, but it never bothered him.
As for cramps, Its not that. I take in plenty of water.
BFG123, yeah good point. Which is why I changed from a D-Bol only cycle. I had read somewhere that for steroid newbies that would be enough, but after more looking around and advice from other people combined an injectable Test too.
Chris, nah its nothin like that. Did'nt go from zero to intense wither, i was training before, although perhaps not as intense and as i said before my technique is good.
I'll keep an eye on it, but for now it seems to have gone.
Thanks for the input though people.
Catch ya later. ;-)

15MG would not cause your heart to explode.

I mentioned cramps as a fleeting thought...honestly, what you described as chest pain sound like the splitting pump you get from abusing dbol(I'm not insinuating you took 150 mg a day)
How have your gains been?

Who said anything about my heart exploding!? lol The only reason i mentioned heart is to describe the region the pain was in, I knew it was nothing like high blood pressure as Chris mentioned.
Gabrielle, thanks for the input. Your right, I didnt take 150mg per day! :D For one, i could'nt afford it!! and i maybe new to this, but even i know that would be dumb to say the least! heh. I was taking 15mg per day, im now taking 20mg per day plus 250mg Test Enanthate per week.
Gains: My weight at the start of the cycle was 186.2lbs. Today I'm weighing in at 194.6lbs. (And yes, in case you were wondering i weigh myself at the same time in the day every time.) Of course i realise that some of this will be fluid retention.

ive been experiencing chest pains as well however im only on a cycle of winny.... the pains started about 5 weeks ago before the cycle and after seeking opinions i was told to continue working out however modify my pressing to only come halfway down-hold-then come back up.... i also found that it hurts less on incline that it does on flat...i do not believe its related to the winny however, as my doctor said that if there is alot of strain put on a muscle group it can grown faster than your ligaments/tendons can handle....
Lets get something straight sounds like paranoya or something but from 3 d-bols aday u sound like a freind of mine u uses baby amounts and thinks he`ll change to the hulk with that concocsion LOL...chest pain from the juice wouldn`t bet on it especially with only 3 dbols comon u can`t grow on that s``t dude alone and with only 3 aday Gezzz man what are u thinking and the chest pains must be cramps to spasums to strain on the muscle either or if all else fails check urself out if only u want a lecture from u`re DR.........OUT!!!

UM, do you understand how bad winny can be on tendons? Chest pain like you are describing could be as simple as popping your sternum. Or it could be quite serious, I wouldnt rely on a message board for anything but opinions on such a topic.

Has any1 heard of britsh dragon dianibol before? Ive ordered 100 10m tabs i think they might be fake? Would it be alright for me to take 2 a day untill they run out?
Did you not listen to anything that was said in your other thread?
It really is in your best interest to forget AAS for now. You need to learn how to train and eat properly before even considering gear.
At 6'1 and 154 pounds and with only one month training experience you have a lot of room to grow naturally. Not to mention the fact that you only just turned 18. Steroids are not the route for you.
Don't be a dumbass. Listen to the advice you were given.

Rookies? That's the nice word.
I was thinking more like stir-fried dip****s.
Seriously, I really hope half these kids end up sterilizing themselves. At least that way the stupidity carried in their genes will die with them.
....and we can have another generation of pussies whining about the evils of steroids.
I really wish everyone involved in the political side of the steroid issue would come here and see what kind of corn-fed ******s actually get hurt by AAS.

I dont understand how people can jump into AAS without research. I've been lifting for 3.5 years and I've researched steroids for over a year now, and I'm still reluctant on doing a cycle, given my age and whatnot. Plus I think I still have more natural potential, gear can wait for me. Perhaps "rookies" see BCC who is my age on gear, and want to look like him. CHASE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HAS DONE THAT THING CALLED "RESEARCH". Follow his example, if your going to do it, at least know what your doing so you don't waste your money and your health.
