I did a quick search and didn't notice anything on this, soooo...
After speed, which is more important on DE days, using the right weight, or getting the reps in?
I'm asking cause I'm trying a little something with power cleans. I'm doing them as my DE dead, instead of doing deads. If I use the same weight as I would for deads I can't get as many reps as I would doing deads. So should I drop the weight so I can get the same number of reps, or keep the weight the same? I'm not loosing a lot of reps, maybe 3 total, if that helps you answer the question.
