Started in June '04 .. weight was 72kg.
Am 85kg in these. Gunna keep bulking to 90.
5'11
arms, 14.8"
chest, 43.9"
quads 25.3" (will take leg shots in the morning with good sun in the bathroom)
calves 15.1"
tEh gut, 37" :p
Im a painter by trade, so tis hard to find the energy to hit the gym(shed :P), my workout for 6 months was a mix of wbb1 and 2, with just now, moving to westside to look at increasing my strength. I train in my garage with 3 friends, and am limited to just bench (incline/decline/flat), squat rack on the bench, few sets of db's, and only 245lb in plates. I Have held off buying plates, as i couldnt find any marked/stamped in pounds like the curent ones i have are. Im biting the bullet and lumping 6x10kg and mixed smaller plates end of next contract, as i max squat/dead no prob @ the 245 now, with my bench coming upto par the last 2 weeks. I felt god with no plates left to add haha.
I have no progress shots, only these sorry. Progess weight though .. 80lb increase in my bench, roughly 10pound a month :)
I know my Bi's are lacking, maybe more direct work in a few months. Any comments, feel free to yell em out. Hints or advice, appreciated :)
