Started in June '04 .. weight was 72kg.

Am 85kg in these. Gunna keep bulking to 90.
5'11
arms, 14.8"
chest, 43.9"
quads 25.3" (will take leg shots in the morning with good sun in the bathroom)
calves 15.1"
tEh gut, 37" :p

Im a painter by trade, so tis hard to find the energy to hit the gym(shed :P), my workout for 6 months was a mix of wbb1 and 2, with just now, moving to westside to look at increasing my strength. I train in my garage with 3 friends, and am limited to just bench (incline/decline/flat), squat rack on the bench, few sets of db's, and only 245lb in plates. I Have held off buying plates, as i couldnt find any marked/stamped in pounds like the curent ones i have are. Im biting the bullet and lumping 6x10kg and mixed smaller plates end of next contract, as i max squat/dead no prob @ the 245 now, with my bench coming upto par the last 2 weeks. I felt god with no plates left to add haha.

I have no progress shots, only these sorry. Progess weight though .. 80lb increase in my bench, roughly 10pound a month :)
I know my Bi's are lacking, maybe more direct work in a few months. Any comments, feel free to yell em out. Hints or advice, appreciated :)

*EDIT*

Updates and comparisons i'll post in new replies as often as 'I' see changes :)

you have some good progress strength wise.. but cant really tell in pics due to lighting.. but from what i can see you have a good base to add some serious mass..

good luck

80 lbd increase in bench? that is nice..good job..I don't have any specific critique except just focus on gaining overall mass

cheers :)

Welp, i have in my journal from June 04, max weights listed .. I failed at 185lbs x 1 and completed 175 x 1

The last previous ME Bench session, I smoked 245lbx2 on decline. So tis roughly an 80lb increase, give or take a few lbs :P

Overall, my strength in general sky rocketed nicely when I got my diet on track.
Training with 2 other friends now has realllly helped with motivation and dedication to my lifting.

Below pics are of me repping 210 the other week on decline. Hands are there but not touching (i hope haha). I have a fairly close grip on these, as my shoulder gives me hell much wider. Needs attending to.

Any comments on what you can see of my form ?

I bring the bar to my chest, my m8 just couldnt get it on a shot

be careful with the decline...I have had a few close friends who have had bad shoulder injuries from decline bench

Nearly a months past :0 .. Time went quick, stupid work ..

Anyway .. Summer work has been a hinderence on my gains, so i decided to do a weee cut to around 180-185lbs.
I just lowered calories to around 2200, with 8-10hr days manual labour, i consided this enough 'cardio' :evillaugh
Suprisingly, I lost another inch in the gut, a little around my man boobies and leaned out some new veins in the forearms. Was pleased ..

Anyway, just a quick lat spread comparision. Posing, lighting sucks, and yes, im holding flabby crap aorund the waist still, but i think its an improvement from the first pic.
waist measures 35.8"
