Hey guys, I have been lifting weights for about 4 years now and I have heard about a new supplement called "NO2." I have been looking online for info about it and I just have a couple of questions:

1. Is there much of a difference between the expensive brand "NO2" and other knock-off brands such as Nitrix or Nitric boost. I notice that these other brands are about half the price, yet still contain the same ingredients.

2. Do I need to cycle NO2? I talked to a manager at GNC and he said that I should take it for about 21 days and then I can stop. After that, I will not lose any of the effects of the supplemt...is this correct? Or is there a better cycle to take the supplement

3. Finally, is there any harm done/gains if I take creatine and NO2 together

Thanks a lot everyone, I appreciate your help!

I tried NO2 and all it was good for was draining my wallet of $80, it decreases soreness...yes....but i didnt expeirience any noticable muscle gains...which was the reason i wanted to take it in the first place...

the answer is simple...take that money you were gonna spend on NO2 and buy some chicken breasts, and minute rice.

There isnt really much difference between the two I would recomend T bomb 2 though I think that works really well for gaining muscle. Nitrix just gives you better pumps.

i've actually done alot of research myself on no2(never tried any of the other similar products). as far as it being crap and not building muscle, i dont think thats true. i've taken it two seperate times and have noticed a gain of about 8 pounds each time. no2 itself isnt supposed to build muscle, nor does it really claim to. its supposed to help fast and slow twitch muscle strength, which helps you to lift more weight, in turn, forcing muscle growth. also, it claims to help protien delivery into the muscles, also aiding in muscle growth. as far as taking creatine with it, they say you can safely take it, just supposed to stop taking creatine and start again 10 days into your no2 cycle. supposedly helps to make even better gains. but then again, this is all claims by the supplement manufacturer. i'm actually on the 8th day of my no2 bottle, gonna start taking creatine here in about 2 days, i'll let you know what happens. although gains i see might be partially old muscle, cuz i broke my lower back in may, and havnt lifted since. hope this helped a little bit.
