Hey, im new to this site
im 15 at the top of my bulk how am i coming along guyss?, i know i know, i have a lot of bf...working on that one.

im now at 220
bench- 250
squat-315
curl-50's

Suplements- Whey protien, and ultra mega green multivitamin.

Something's off - at 220 I'd suspect you should bench, squat, and curl far more than you've suggested.

Better pics would make a huge difference. It's hard to tell what your upper body looks like with a shirt on. For 15 you've got some good size.

The shirt on the last one is definitely photoshopped. At that size, he should be able to bench alot more than 250.

Something's off - at 220 I'd suspect you should bench, squat, and curl far more than you've suggested.

For a single, that seems quite low.

However, I'm 220lbs and benching only 250, albeit for 7 or 8 reps though. So weak :cry:

ok my friend, u would suspect more from a 220 pound GROWN man i am only an under developed teenager HENCE, i could not execute these types of high weight exercises.

Muscle is muscle. Your testosterone is probably higher than a lot of grown men's, so I wouldn't use that as an excuse.

I'm 170 and would be lucky to max at 185 (i know :(). So if you are inferring that this makes him a hoax or something, you're wrong about that.

Are you nuts?, do u know how many peaple have big muscle but cant even break a pencil?, it has a lot to dow ith my age.. and my testosterone level isnt that high, its just in my genetics to have alarge build, my voice still sounds liek a 15 year old.

And, the fact that i bench more than my bodyweight, is great by itself.And,my chest isnt even that greatt, it actually suxx, so im lucky i even bench that much, i honestly think my strong point are my trpas,hence i can shrug 400lb.

Well, actually i was obease my whole life. I went from 250 obease, to now 220, pretty lean, and now im tryin to loose a lot more to get that nice thin wiast, and cuts :/ so basicly i was never at a point where i needed to bulk, cuz i basicly bulked my whole first 14 years of my life :/,lol

I'm quite sane and quite aware that at 15 your testosterone levels are soaring.

Your form may be limiting your strength I suppose.

FYI - people who have big muscles seldom have strength concerns. You're always going to be stronger than the average guy by default. There's a big myth going around about bodybuilders, likely started by people who can't achieve their goals or are too lazy. Of course, they could be far stronger if they trained for strength, but you're not going to find a 240lb bodybuilder struggling with a 135lb bench.

you have decent size for a 15 year old....unfortunately, it is rather hard to tell what you got going on underneath because of your bodyfat levels....good luck..you will be huge in a couple of years for sure

Sorry, I should have mentioned that 250lbs bench for single is actually pretty decent for your size and age.

I've seen a few bigger guys myself who don't seem to toss around a whole lot of weight.

No, I dont know anyone with big muscles who cant break a pencil. My girlfriend could break a pencil.

But that being said, you have a solid base and if you stay active in school you should lose some of that "baby fat" along the way. For 15 you're lookin pretty big, but I would focus more on cutting instead of bulking. Try getting down to 190 while keeping most of your strength.

Either way, dont quit lifting bro. You look to have the genes to get really big by the time you get outta high school!

you look damn good for 15, man. i wish i would've had some size at that age. as far as the 250 bench goes, that's very believable. he might weigh 220, but it would take 20+ pounds of fat loss for him to be cut. kid never said he was 220 ripped to the bone. there's a big difference.

I say do yourself a favour and cut cut cut before summer, relax on the beach for a couple months, then bulk like a mofo in the fall ;)

How long have you been lifting for? It appears that genetics are doing you a favour so far.

That's not true.

Do you follow elite high school sports?

Kids preparing for varsity squads are benching 250 almost consistently (linemen) in preparation for football at powerhouse schools.

LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My buddy is 15, bigger then that, more cut, puts up 250 on the bench aswell and only weights 180. Ask Zearoth, and Canadian Crippler if you don't belive me!

My old highschool's chest routine was bench....yeah that was their routine right there, bench. They had charts up of everyone's weights. Seniors were well into the 400's but big freshman were 250 by the end of the year, if not more.

i lift with two twin brothers, they are both 15 and one of them benches 300lbs and the other benches 275lbs they both weigh about 135lbs and are about 5 feet tall.....they are two of the most intimidating people i know.

other than that....nice work bro....did you just turn 15 or are you about to turn 16? i was just wondering that when i was reading other posts.....
