powder...its a lot more cost efficient than pills...and who says u have to get the pre-mixed sugar and creatine...its again a lot cheaper to make your own cell-tech yourself...just buy some creatine monohydrate powder...and buy some dextrose or maltodextrin...and u got your cell-tech...
