im 177lbs, about 160 of that is lean im guessing. how many grams of protein should i have post workout? currently i have about 33 of whey and whatever is in 12-16oz skim milk.

I think that you should have 40-50 grams of protein(any more would be counter productive) and 30-40 grams of carbs.
