Im bulking like crazy at the mo and I will be going shopping tomorrow, and I would like some info on whether its is better to buy some creatine and a protein shake or just opt for a weight gainer for a month or two to bulk up more.
I am veggie but eat 8 meals on time everyday without hassle....my journal is on here too, but what do you think? will it bulk me up that much quicker?
Also I know some of you prefer to make your own.
The first thing I noticed on the weight gainer tub was a protien content of 50% whereas my Protein powder is almost 100% content pure.(most are 75-85%... check yours and see)
