I thought tracking progress would help. I'm at about 180lbs right probably around 12-14% - Lost my digital calipers :(
4 Days lifting 1-2 Days Cardio is the current routine

My Gyms closed on sundays :bang: so Day 7's always an off day :(
I'm doin cardio today, I had a long night heh, didnt get to bed until 5am, wokeup around 2pm :eek: . Headin up to the gym for arms so I'll post it when I get back.
