Been working out on and off for about 2 1/2 years. Due to setbacks like MVA and dislocated shoulder, theres always been some obstacle I've had to get around. Had surgery on badly broken wrist due to accident twice and managed to pull through it and hit the weights again. Bothers me on some exercises. These are just some pictures to keep track of my progress towards summer. Will post more in the future.

Looking big even though the pictures are so small. ;)

Keep up the great work cause those injuries aren't holding you back at all.

Looking quite lean there. Arms are definately huge. Maybe try using a photo editor program to lighten up those pics, though.

Thanks, it's comments like that that keep me motivated. Very hard getting back into the routine after so many negative setbacks.

Goals are 180lbs by summer and working strongly on the definition of the lower abs/obliques. Currently taking Nitrotech and have seen great gains in 1 1/2months (4 lbs)

Dude you look good bro. As everyone has pointed out your arms and shoulders are looking huge, but overpower your chest. Looking at your stats (bench 170) I can see why.

Your leg stats are impressive, how about some pix of the wheels?

Chest has been the hardest to see the biggest gains in due to my screwed up wrist. Two surgeries and a year and a half of phisio and it is still bothering me. Really bothers me on the bench press so my one arm is overpowering my other. But I stick with it and try my best. I will post some more pics of legs in a bit here... Seeing huge gains in legs.

Aha, yep, that explains it. That's a real shame, but it sounds like you've got a handle on it :)

Looking forward to seeing those legs.

Arms and shoulders look great but chest and back are really lagging, especially chest. If you can improve your symmetry, you'll look awesome.

Thanks for the critique, ya there is a reason chest is not as big and defined as it should be. My wrist bothers me huge so I am unable to give it the workout I should be giving it. Frustrating at times, but i do with what I have, wrist is gonna be like that rest of life. 2 surgeries on badly broken wrist, cant complain...at least I can still pump iron.

Dude, my body structure is almost identicle to yours... whoa.... we both have small wrists and chests are lagging...

Think of it geometrically.. similar triangles aren't necessarily congruent.
