Do you cook them, or put them in raw? Also, has anyone tried putting lentils into a protein drink?

I typically cook between 1/2 and 1 cup of oats. I'll then add a scoop of whey powder to them and add a small amount of milk (about a quarter cup). Delicious!!!!

Some Splenda and/or cinnamon will make it taste even better.
To the original poster, when I put oats on my shakes I put the raw. If I'm cooking the oats I do what chizzled said

you can put them in raw or i soak them in milk for about ten minutes. also, about protein powder and oatmeal, cook the oatmeal add chocolate protein powder and a bit of PB, yummy yummy in my tummy.
