question on No2

Hi there, now this might sound a little...stupid. But, I just bought a bottle of NO2 to try out (white bottle from GNC...the one made by MRI) and I'm not really sure how it's supposed to be taken. I mean am I supposed to chew or swallow these pills??? I really can't tell.. they look like they could go either way. :scratch: can anybody help me out?

Don't chew them, they're disgusting. Swallow them and follow the dosing scheudle on the bottle. Don't expect much though, they're a waste of money.

8 a day if you are less than 200 pounds

10 a day if you are greater

half 30 minutes before breakfast

half 30 minutes before lunch

drink a lot of water...no need to cycle it

This crap is a recycling of the arginine-ornithine craze of the 70's and 80's. I was there. It didn't work then and it doesn't work now. Marketing BS is all it is.

NO2 and NOX3 are the same...hemodialators that do give you a bigger, more pumped look for a very short time (days to week) but will not help you get bigger muscles for real...

that stuff works. Just remember its all about opinion. I work with a guy who competed as a body builder in the past. he was telling me how he had lost his passion and couldnt get any bigger. It was a struggle to go to the gym, only to maintain his build and never get any bigger. I asked him about creatine, and he said he had tried it, but it didnt give him much. I told him about NO2. and funny enough he bought it about 3 days later. The guy worships me at work. He has gained 10lbs of lean mass he says, and his bench has gone up from 250-280 for workouts. I can use him as an immediate reference that this stuff does work.

Some people react different to different things.

I took creatine. Metacel brand. Gained 7lbs.....swapped to V12..everyone loves this stuff...i gained 0 pounds. Yes 0. Went back to metacel i am up another 4-5lbs.

Its all about variance and opinion.

Good story, but that doesn't mean his gains were the result of NO2 supplementation.

He could have easily started taking it, got better pumps in the gym, therefore motivating him to work harder and maybe even diet better, and gained weight b/c of that.

While I know you are refering to NO2's likelyhood of helping build muscle, it actually does do something regarding better pumps, etc.

Fair enough, I should've clarified. It's pretty apparent I have an agenda against NO2 products. I think they're a big waste of money for nothing more than a pump.

i bought the same stuff a while ago...you will get a pump...but other than that, nothing amazing is going to happen. you shouldve read some of these forums before buying that stuff...i dont know about you, but i dont have 75$ to expirement on supps, i would rather take the advice of dozens of wise bodybuilders on this site...
