View Full Version : What do you eat for lunch at work?
Ive been going out to lunch with coworkers since I started my new job in mid-december, and quite simply my diet has been garbage since then. Anyone have easy, healthy food to eat at lunch? Thanks

So, you'll be bringing lunch into work from home? I usually go with 8oz chicken breast, brown rice, vegetable (corn or green beans). I'm not sure if you consider that easy or not. I cook a few days worth on Sundays so it's no trouble to prepare.
Just about anything healthy can be brought to work. Hopefully you have access to a microwave if you need to heat it up.
I bring a bag full of home cooked meals to work every day.

I have a my foreman grill at work, So I grill about 12oz of chicken everyday for lunch. I usually eat about 8oz at lunch time and reheat the last 4oz around 3.
