Nolva/Tamoxy Question

Just started a cycle on:

25mg D-Bol (Brit Dsp) per day wks 1-3
500mg Test Enanthate (iranian) wks 1-10

PCT= Clomid

Ive got a question regarding my Nolva/tamoxifen usage, initially i was just going to keep it on hand in case gyno symptoms occurred, but im thinking of using it throughout just to try and reduce the chance of other negative sides.

My tabs come in 20mg doses, should i:

A: use 20mg daily?
B: 20mg every other day (equating to 10mg per day?)
C: Any other opinions?

Firsy shot was tuesday, in the right quad. Went real smooth, but next few days were hell, my damn quad felt like id been taken down by a shotgun!!!

Hey, nips are getting a little itchy on week 6 of my cycle. My Nolva is 50 mg/pill. Should i just take 20mg/day?
