hey, i am 18, 5'6 and weigh 140 pounds. been lifting weights for like 6 months but just started eating a high protein diet. I usually eat 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, 3 eggs, a tuna sandwich, a peanut butter sandwich, a protein shake, and then whatever my mom makes for dinner (usually turkey or pork er sumthin), and sometimes a mug full of cottage cheese before bed; i been eating this like everyday for 3 weeks. i was wandering if this is enough food, i am trying to get bigger, but i dont want my 6 pack to dissapear either. since im trying to get bigger, i pretty much cut out my cardio. also, all these eggs make me fart like a madman, i heard ginger root is good for that, yes? :drooling:

oh yeah, i also take a daily vitamin (one a day, mens health formula).used to take flax seed oil pills, but stopped as my doctor told me it can promote prostate cancer, which already runs in my family. is fish oil, same type o' thing?

whoops, one more thing, whole wheat bread, reduced fat peanut butter, and fat free cottage cheese. ;)
