hey, i am 18, 5'6 and weigh 140 pounds. been lifting weights for like 6 months but just started eating a high protein diet. I usually eat 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, 3 eggs, a tuna sandwich, a peanut butter sandwich, a protein shake, and then whatever my mom makes for dinner (usually turkey or pork er sumthin), and sometimes a mug full of cottage cheese before bed; i been eating this like everyday for 3 weeks. i was wandering if this is enough food, i am trying to get bigger, but i dont want my 6 pack to dissapear either. since im trying to get bigger, i pretty much cut out my cardio. also, all these eggs make me fart like a madman, i heard ginger root is good for that, yes? :drooling:
