I'm a 16 year old sophomore in high school. I'm 6'7" going on 6'8" and weigh 190lbs. My season just ended and I need help on creating a lifting program and diet and nutrition program to put thos 20lbs on in the off season. Any help would by greatly appreciated! :newbie:

you can check WBB routines and what a bodybuilder eats! should help

I was wondering is the best way to work out in a week. Every 2 days, Every other day, or like Monday through Friday then have the weekend to rest or what. Thanx
