OK, so im tired of stealing stuff from my d hall so i can ahve my 3rd and 5th meals of the day, so ive decided to jsut sometimes make a shake

just did my first one today, tasted damn good, it had 2 scoops of protein, 1 cup of oata, 2 cups of water and a carnation instant breakfast

that makes for about 80g of carbs, 65g of protein, and 7g of fat, ow does that sound to you guys, do you think i should change anything in it, and is hwey ok to use in one of them

ah yes and how much different is that really then eating 2 chicken breasts, a cup of rice, some corn and some brocolli??

well if your asking which one would be better real food always wins hands down.. but were not all fortunate to have time to eat whole meals so we use shakes..

about how the shake looks i believe it looks good, i think that carnations instant breakfast may have a lil too much sugar but thats just me nit picking..

no regrets

it doesn't look to bad, but there are some options while in college. i'm in college myself, living in the dorms. for a meal, i'll eat a bowl of oats, a can or two of tuna and some pb. may not be best, but it is solid food

aight, about the carnation, its only 20g of sugar, the only other sugar i have to whole day is in my banana and my glass of milk in the morning, so i think im good in that department, anywho no one commented on the why, ive heard its bad for meal replacement because it absorbs to fast, its just real good for after lift or some ish....anyone?
