was wonderin if u guys could help give me an estimate on how many calories my daily routine is. i normally have
sandwich - 2 whole wheat bread
3 egg
1 cheese slice
1 ham slice
smoothie
cup milk
cup oj
cup yogurt
scopp powder
banana, strawbs
turkey sandwich
another sandwich , egg or tuna or somethen
snacks - , apple and banana, protein bar
heaping bowl of cereal with almonds
glass of milk with powder before bed
its not exactly in that order but i think thats about it
