hey im a 17 year old kid who had been wieghtlifting for a year
my journal is as follows
curls 3 sets of ten 25 pounds on each side
triceps 3 sets of ten 20 on each side
bench 3 sets of ten 35 pounds on each side
pull down lats 3 sets of ten 80 pounds total
just starting bench on sit up ball
start squats at the end of this month
MY GOALS: 1.to get my squat caught up with my bench
2.to put on a six pack
my diet: really healthy foods
