When I bought my whey a couple weeks ago, I bought a brand called "EAS Advant-Edge Whey Protein." I take it postworkout and it seems to have been working. But there's this other brand that I saw at the store that was called "Body Fortress Whey Protein." Do you guys know anything about these brands and which one is better? Or does it even matter what brand you get...are they all pretty much the same?

Also, do you guys get chocolate or vanilla whey? When I got mine, I got vanilla and it tastes okay but it's not that good. I'm thinking about getting chocolate just to try out the flavor.

Chocolate is always better. I'd get whatever's cheaper.

Alright, I'll go with chocolate. And because you said get whatever's cheaper, I'm assuming they're probably pretty much the same.

I've tried both EAS and Bodyfortress, but tbh i prefered ON whey. Going to get some more tomorrow but i've been thinking about trying Met-RX depending on the price....if too steep i'll probably go back to ON.

Does ON whey come in strawberry flavour btw ?

No, I don't order whey online. Isn't it more expensive ordering online compared to buying it at a local store?

The only wheys at my store are Body Fortress and EAS. Btw, the store I go to is WalMart.

Optimum Nutrion 10lbs about $50. www.1fast400.com is the cheapest place I have found. Fast.
I don't get to picky its just a supplement. If one metabolizes x% quicker, in the end won't really matter.

What kind of shipping charges do these online places have?

Assuming you buy enough, most companies ship free.

I used to drink champion nutrition whey, great stuff.

Now I switched to Nitrean by AtLarge, it' a blend of 3 fractions of whey (isolate primary), casein and egg and it tastes great and works even better.
