What's going on guys? I just thought I'd post my experience with ETS so others of ya'll that may be undecided can make a decision one way or the other. Originally I didn't go looking to buy ETS, but I bought some Nitrean and Multi Vitamin during one of the specials, and ETS was part of the deal.

Background:

Age- 18yrs old
BF- 15%
Routine- The routine I use is very different from anybody else on the boards. I hurt my shoulder awhile back and have switched to a split without chest/back/shoulders/ and many arm exercises. My new split looks like this:

Monday: Low Box Squats
Tuesday: Parallel Box Squats
Wed: Maybe a little arm work
Thursday: 3" Above Parallel Box Squats
Friday: ATG Squats

As you can see, I do quite a bit of squatting. On top of this, I'm working 6-7hrs a day at night and going to college fulltime. I spend a lot of my day on my feet.

Experiences:

Started using ETS the first day I started this split. I was sore the first day, sore the second day, and as the week progressed I progressively became less and less sore. After the first week of squatting, I was expecting to feel sore after every workout, just because of how much squatting I was doing, and the stress it puts on my joints. As the second week progressed, I didn't experience any soreness, at all. My muscles felt slightly stiff at times, but just a quick jump or two in the air fixed that.

I've been squatting for several weeks on this program, and I haven't experienced ANY soreness for about 3 weeks or so. I'm not saying that you as an individual won't experience some slighty doms, but I personally don't get sore anymore.

I've also noticed that I seem to have a little bit more stamina during my workout. I feel like I'm recovering quickly between sets, more so than I was in the past.

One of the best things about ETS to me personally is how it's affected my sleep. I don't know any of the medical mumbo jumbo, but whatever they've got in there to effect sleep patterns sure is doing its job. With working and lifting so much, I'm used to waking up tired, but since taking ETS I've felt like I've got more solid sleep times, even when sometimes I don't get enough hours in.

Personally the choice is always ya'lls. If it was up to me, I'd def. buy ETS and try it out. I know I gotta get another order in before my bottle runs out.

Thats is quite a strange split. It is also a very good testimony to ETS that you arent that sore after 4 days of squats

Because I can't do much of anything that involves pressure on my shoulder, I'm using a squat workout. The idea is that squats involve so many muscle groups, that I should be able to maintain or gain a bit of size while I let my shoulder/chest heal.
