anybody ever had this? i havent had it myself and know that it is the seed of tumbleweed...

its a very nutrient rich grain with a $#!+load of vitamins/minerals and pretty high protein for a non animal source (of course, its not as good as animal proteins...) but for bulking would it be good to add a food like this in to provide the extra calories. i certaily like slow burning carbs and healthy fats because they provide energy for a while after the meal and i am thinking about adding this. my only question is this: i only know of this product being sold in health stores and that means it could be pretty expensive... also, is it any good?
